Process Associate - International Tele-calling

International Tele-calling (UK & AUResponsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to international customers, primarily in [Target region/countries].
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and addressing their inquiries.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the products or services being offered.

Adherence to Scripts: Follow provided scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.
