Should have knowledge on:

• Claim form 1500
• Physician, Medical RCM Background
• Provider side
• Coding tools CCI, MCKesson
• Specialties - Ex: Cardiology, radiology, gastro, peds, ortho, medicine, emergency medicine, surgery etc.,
• Clearing houses like way star, ecommerce etc.,
• CPT range & Modifiers
• Should be voice based only
• DME & Claim adjudication will not come under Physician AR
• Domain on overpayment alone will not qualify for L2 screening
• Domain on Hospital AR will not qualify for Physician AR.
