Senior Java Developer

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team,ensuring adherence to Java development best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design and Development:Design and develop complex software solutions using Java and related technologies. Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code that aligns with business requirements.

Mentoring and Coaching:Mentor and coach less experienced developers by providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their technical skills and effectiveness within the team.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the software developed meets high-quality standards by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and verifying that performance, security, and scalability requirements are met.

Research and Innovation: Stay informed of the latest developments in Java and related technologies. Proactively research and identify new tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Application Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain Java applications that are scalable, secure, and robust.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance application functionality.

Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the existing codebase, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
