Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work alongside a group of talented HR experts to support the business in our next stage of high velocity, scale up growth. Your client group alignment will include Senior leaders, Managers/Team Leaders and individual contributors, from various teams across the business.
You like to roll up your sleeves, wear many hats and enjoy variation in your day. You can adapt and provide HR support to many types of teams from technical disciplines, such as Cybersecurity experts, to a predominantly technical India based team with dispersed Engineering teams across, EMEA and North America.

Provide overall value and relationship management to portfolio of customers
Manage customer expectations and demonstrate HR expertise in a calm, objective and supportive manner
Be the point of contact in true generalist fashion representing the people programs, such as performance acceleration, goal setting, compensation, employee engagement and supporting talent acquisition activities with the recruitment team
Understand the broader business perspective and make data-oriented decisions accordingly in partnership with leaders, finance and the People team
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to build strong HR capabilities in the leadership teams you support, aligning to company s business priorities
Handle Employee Relations matters in a discrete, timely and professional manner; never compromising confidentiality
Apply your knowledge of HR practices, theories, trends, employment and regulations in order to provide professional guidance and interpret legislative requirements
Support growth-oriented Talent Acquisition activity in a collaborative fashion with finance partners and hiring managers in order keep momentum on recruiting the best talent in this highly competitive market.
Strong understanding of the market, including compensation practices and benefits
Participate in cross functional team projects, such as audit /compliance activity, talent management (mentor programs, talent reviews), health safety, new region scale up, MA activity, employee training/onboarding or culture work
Your Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally with a focus in high tech
Post-secondary education (in HR or Business) an asset, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Experience wo rking with Ceridian Dayforce, or other HRIS
Strong knowledge of other HR functional areas and practices including but not limited to employee relations/applicable laws and regulations, compensation, performance, health and safety and industry best practices
Knowledge/experience supporting teams in multiple countries (India/ APAC)
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment
Proven interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees, demonstrating strong communication skills verbally and written
Strong attention to detail
Sound analytic and problem-solving skills
Confidence in setting and delivering upon ambitious metrics
Ability to learn and persuasively articulate eSentire s value proposition to client senior executive teams
