Job Description: Product Manager Rehabilitation Products

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of our rehabilitation products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rehabilitation industry, user needs, and market trends, paired with the ability to drive innovation and deliver products that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for rehabilitation products. Define product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Identify market opportunities and gaps to innovate and enhance the product portfolio.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and insights to make informed product decisions. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance for all products.

3. Product Development:

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) in the development of new rehabilitation products. Ensure products are user-friendly, cost-effective, and clinically effective. Oversee product testing, validation, and iterations to meet quality standards.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with clinicians, therapists, and end-users to gather feedback and improve product design. Partner with sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. Train internal teams and customers on product features and usage.

5. Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-market support. Analyze product performance and implement improvements based on feedback. Plan and execute product updates, enhancements, or discontinuations.

6. Budget and Cost Management:

Develop budgets for product development and manage costs effectively.

Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize production costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (Masters preferred).

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical devices or rehabilitation sector.

Strong understanding of rehabilitation products, clinical environments, and patient needs.

Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving product development processes.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with medical regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, CE marking).

Strong communication and presentation skills.
