Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals
- Promote and sell Mobilab devices,services, including lab tests and health check-ups
- Achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Gather market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting revenue goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively in the assigned territory
- Skilled in B2B and B2G /B2C sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in strategic sales and post-pre sales discussions
