Product Owner - UX/UI Design (3-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with over 5 years of experience in the field, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner role. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, driving the product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. This role involves continuous engagement with customer feedback, market trends, and technical advancements to enhance product offerings and user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.

- Product Strategy & Vision : Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and proposing new initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and user stories to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.

- UI/UX Collaboration : Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Utilize design tools like Figma, Canva, and Visio to create wireframes and design prototypes that align with product goals.

- Product Backlog Management : Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that each sprint aligns with business objectives and maximizes value.

- Customer Feedback & Market Analysis : Continuously monitor customer feedback, market trends, and technical advancements to identify areas for improvement and incorporate into the product roadmap.

- Business Case Development : Build business cases and proposals to support new features or improvements that deliver measurable business value.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product delivery.

- Agile Methodologies : Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and apply Agile best practices to drive product iterations and timely releases.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of total experience, with 2+ years in a Product Owner role.

- UI/UX Design : Experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, and Visio. Ability to create wireframes and mockups to visualize product features.

- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and CRM applications is a plus.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

- AWS Knowledge : Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) is desirable.

- Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience with e-commerce, CMS, or CRM applications

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment

- Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda, is a plus
