Job Description

Precise Fasteners Pvt Ltd is looking for Business Development Officers The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on business strategy to drive organizational success. Duties and Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in different market segments. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify threats and opportunities. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research. Qualify leads and convert them into prospects. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and customize product/service offerings to meet those needs. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Business Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop strategies for business expansion. Provide feedback from clients to inform product/service enhancements. Sales Growth and Targets: Set sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them. Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue for the organization. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and targets achieved. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build professional networks. Represent the organization professionally and create opportunities for collaboration. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis. Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
