JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Nurse Educator Skills

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nursing Associate to contribute to the development and deliver a high-quality Nursing skills for M.Sc Nursing students. The ideal candidate will assist in Demonstrating the procedures creating the content, Initiates participates in workshops with. This role requires a strong Teaching and Clinical nursing background preferably M.Sc Nursing with excellent communication skills, and a passion for Exploring New Hights in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Development and Review of Nursing educational content including PPT, videos for the nursing curriculum.
• Should be able demonstrate all the clinical procedures
• Mentoring and teaching clinical procedures to the current and future nursing students/ Staffs for skill development
• Designing, delivering, and evaluating/ reviews educational curricula under expert guidance
• Have Up to date knowledge in current Nursing education and continuous quality training program
• Delivering interactive sessions, and ensuring all contents are aligning with the latest guidelines and standard operating protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures in clinical or academic settings, adhering to hospital or academic protocols. To enhance specialized patient care within established healthcare settings
• Collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff, and unit management in the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational curricula
• Initiate skill development programs within the parameters of established care models
• Provide direct and specialized nursing services to an assigned group of Nursing within nursing protocols
• Develop clinical program incorporating evidenced-based research and national standards

Required Skills:

• Should have experience in Both Clinicals and Teaching
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent content creation and review capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to deliver procedures
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Nursing or Higher Education Qualification.
• Proven experience in Teaching and hands-on experience/clinical expertise with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience as a Clinical instructor, Nursing education, content creation.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Work Location: Onsite (Office-based role)

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 LPA
