Company is into manufacturing of Gold Jewelry since 1999 having unique product lines.
Jewelry is sold to Retailers via appointed Distributors.
Responsibilities
1. Planning
1.01 Retailers acquisition for selling Jewelry through appointed Distributors
1.02 Distributor acquisition for generating Primary Sales.
1.03 Handling Primary and Secondary Sales
1.04 Assigning Sales Target.
2. Delegating and Motivating
2.01 Managing a Sales team in allocated territory
2.02 Planning Sales team as per requirement of geography
2.03 Motivating Sales Team for Retailer acquisition and Retailer retention to achieve assigned Sales Targets
3. Monitoring and Measuring
3.01 Monitoring and Measuring performance of Sales Team.
3.02 Monitoring Inventory of Retailers and Distributors
