Job Overview:

- We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven GHG Specialist to join our team.

- This role will focus on predictive modeling, predictive analysis, and forecasting to support our sustainability goals and GHG reduction initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement predictive models to assess greenhouse gas emissions and identify trends.

- Conduct predictive analysis to support decision-making processes related to GHG management.

- Utilize statistical tools and software to forecast emissions and evaluate the impact of various strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GHG data into organizational planning and reporting.

- Analyze historical GHG data to inform future emissions reduction targets and strategies.

- Prepare reports and presentations on findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to GHG emissions and climate change.

- Support the development of policies and initiatives aimed at reducing overall carbon footprint.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience in predictive modeling and data analysis, particularly in the context of GHG emissions.

- Proficiency in statistical software (e., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with GHG accounting standards and methodologies (e. , GHG Protocol, ISO 14064).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
