We are looking for a highly motivated Sr Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Services industry and possess excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, analytical problem solving, sales, and client relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships:
Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs, concerns, and ensuring service excellence.
Identify New Business Opportunities & Generate Leads:
Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, expanding the client base.
Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market insights.
Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans:
Create tailored account plans to meet both client and business objectives.
Regularly review and adjust plans based on client feedback, market changes, and business goals.
Negotiate Contracts and Pricing:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maximizing profitability.
Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies and meet client needs.
Collaborate with Internal Teams to Ensure Client Satisfaction:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and meet client expectations.
Provide clients with updates, insights, and solutions to any challenges that arise.
Analyze Market Trends and Provide Insights to Clients:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
Share relevant industry insights to help clients make informed business decisions.
Maintain Sales Records and Reports:
Accurately track sales activities, account progress, and performance metrics.
Use CRM software to maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Services industry - Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, analytical problem solving, sales, and client relationship building skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
