Job Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Research Expert to lead customer research initiatives across all retail channels, including television and digital
- Reporting to the Director with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer of the group, you will conduct high-level qualitative and quantitative research, including consumer trends, brand and ad concept testing, product testing, and customer satisfaction measurement.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer research projects from inception to completion, focusing on consumer trends, TV and digital experiences, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and conduct primary research studies, including online surveys (Qualtrics), focus groups, and interviews.
- Manage and optimize the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs.
- Collaborate with external partners (e. , Qualtrics, Hanover Research) to manage costs and align with business objectives.
- Identify new research opportunities and drive innovation in customer insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional global teams (product, marketing, leadership) to deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD, Masters degree in Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing research or customer insights, ideally in jewelry or consumer goods retail.
- Expertise in R and Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong experience managing customer satisfaction and VoC programs.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with Qualtrics and familiarity with other data tools (Power BI, SPSS, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
