Job Overview We are seeking a Performance Markete with a solid track record in executing and scaling digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing strategies, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for growth. A background in the D2C industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Scaling: Identify opportunities to scale campaigns, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS) while driving growth. Analytics & Optimization: Use advanced analytics to track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights to improve key metrics such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
Channel Diversification: Explore and implement new performance channels to reach wider audiences.
Customer Acquisition: Develop customer acquisition strategies for high-conversion landing pages, A/B testing, and personalization initiatives. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets across channels for maximum efficiency and impact. Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall brand goals.
Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, continually optimizing strategies to stay ahead.
Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on digital marketing campaigns.
D2C experience is a significant advantage. Proven ability to scale up digital campaigns and manage large marketing budgets. In-depth knowledge of key advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other relevant performance tracking software.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and project management skills. Familiarity with funnel optimization, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
