Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Pokonut, responsible for building a strong rapport with customers, addressing theirqueries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves both telecalling and managing inbound calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Telecalling:
Proactively reach out to customers to share information about offers, product launches, and updates.
Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
2.Inbound Call Management:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
3.Customer Query Resolution:
Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages in a timely and empathetic manner.
Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
4.Order Assistance:
Guide customers through the order placement process and provide support with tracking and cancellations.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented for future reference.
5.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
6.Reporting:
Maintain daily records of calls, queries, and resolutions for performance tracking.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Profciency in MS Ofce and CRM tools is a plus.
Personality Traits: Empathetic, patient, and proactive problem-solver.
Knows to Speak and write Hindi
