ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/HRSD Modules (5-7 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a 5+ years ServiceNow Developer (ITSM+HRSD) at PMD NowSolutions. The developer will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring ITIL compliance.

The role involves developing and maintaining back-end web applications, software development, and programming tasks on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Configuration and Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.

- Configure ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to meet business requirements.

- Customize ServiceNow portals to provide a user-friendly experience for end-users.

Workflow Automation :

- Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Create complex workflows involving multiple steps, approvals, and notifications.

- Implement integrations with other systems using ServiceNow's integration capabilities.

ITIL Compliance :

- Ensure that ServiceNow implementations adhere to ITIL best practices.

- Configure ServiceNow to support ITIL processes, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management.

-Testing and Deployment :

- Perform thorough testing of ServiceNow customizations to ensure quality and functionality.

- Deploy ServiceNow changes to production environments.

- Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify and resolve issues.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems.

- Implement solutions to prevent future issues.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules).

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques (REST API, SOAP, Import Sets).

- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module is a plus.
