Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:
Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Production Planning and Control:
Assist in the development of production schedules and plans to meet production targets.
Monitor production performance and identify deviations from planned targets.
Implement corrective actions to address production issues and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Equipment and Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
Assist in the selection and installation of new production equipment.
Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Implement quality control measures to identify and prevent defects.
Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Work with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Promote a safe working environment and implement safety improvements.
