Plumbing Engineer

1. Project Execution:
Plan, design, and oversee plumbing systems for new projects and renovations within the resort.
Ensure installation of piping systems, drainage, water supply, and related fixtures adheres to standards and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure quality execution.
2. Plumbing Maintenance:
Lead the regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of water supply systems, sanitation systems, and fixtures.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.
Maintain records of all repairs, schedules, and maintenance activities.
3. Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure plumbing systems comply with local codes, safety regulation and standards standards.
Implement water efficiency and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
Maintain strict quality control during installations and maintenance work.
4. Team Coordination:
Supervise and train a team of plumbing technicians.
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors for smooth project flow.
Report progress, issues, and solutions to management regularly.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in plumbing engineering, particularly for residential or hospitality projects.
Hands-on experience in managing plumbing installations and maintenance activities.
Knowledge of local building codes and plumbing standards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, handle vendors, and work on-site full-time.

Preferred Qualities:
Experience working in resorts, hotels, or large residential or township projects.
Proficiency in plumbing design software and project tools.
Good communication and leadership skills.
