Arranging and preparing the necessary documents, digital signature usage, studying evaluation criteria, deliver a timely and proper response to RFIs/ RFPs and ensuring tenders submission consistently ahead of the deadlines
Surfing for business opportunities through net, regular tender search, sending introduction letters to potential customers and follow-up with customers, Follow up for outstanding payments etc.
Handle of mails (national & international), phone calls, fax, posts, correspondence through meetings, chats, draft various letters, follow ups etc.
Handling data entry work efficiently, maintaining various records
Quotation preparation, sales coordination
All day-to-day routine work of the office, administration etc.
Maintaining database of potential clients and exploring market and business opportunities.
Reporting about the day-to-day progress to the management
Candidate should be good at the skill of telemarketing, for the expansion of the business, if required.
Handling various works pertaining to miscellaneous activities of the office is essential.
