PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

1. Engineer will be responsible for following the localization process and putting all the action plan as per defined strategy of localization and supplier development

2. Will be also responsible for SAP MDM activity, MIS, KPI Dashboard Updates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY

1 Follow and Adherence of Localization Process

2 Assess and qualify new suppliers to ensure they meet the company's standards , Develop and
implement supplier with the improvement plans to enhance performance.

3 Familiar with ISO 9001, EMS1 40001 & OHSMS 450001 standards

4 Supplier Evaluation / Re-Evaluation with SQA team

5 MDM Task Execution as per agreed timelines. Ensuring 100% data updation in SAP

6 Timely release of departmental MIS and KPI

7 Handholding with SQA for defining the critical process and ensuring proper toolings and fixture
at supplier end.

8 On time PO release and parts delivery in line with set KPI target

9 Coordination with Shop Floor for parts validation and feedback for new parts development
under localization

10 Effective co-ordination with MM team for handover of developed parts for regular production

11 Mainly responsible for Hydraulics / Pneumatics / OEM components development.
