Location: Golaghat (Numaligarh Refinery Limited)

Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Industry: Refinery & Industrial Projects

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure logical sequencing of activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for progress tracking.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight deviations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and propose corrective measures.

Resource & Cost Management:

• Monitor resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct planning meetings and provide schedule updates.

Risk Analysis & Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks affecting the schedule and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and contract specifications.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation of planning activities, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project contract terms.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project
• Understanding of EPC projects, refinery, and industrial construction methodologies
• Expertise in progress monitoring, delay analysis, and recovery plans
• Familiarity with contract management, cost control, and resource optimization
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large-scale refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project management best practices
• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPI-based performance tracking
