Job Description
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Assist in preparing and serving refreshments for meetings and staff at Iglobe Solutions. Handle office errands such as mailing documents, purchasing office supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
- Support administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the supervisor. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing office events for Iglobe Solutions.
- Get self-acquainted with the products and our business model.
- Involve in physical work and requires the ability to lift substantial weight for getting plants from our nursery, arranging them in order and potting them on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and communicate well with the internal team on day to day works and regular activities.
Skills Required:
- Intermediate / High School Diploma with basic data entry computer skills.
- Knowledge about plants and maintenance would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Well-groomed and decent appearance Proactive in his/her approach Flexible with work timings.
- Able to drive 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler (Company will provide fuel expenses for official works)
