Having strong experience in Real Estate QC or as a Senior Real Estate Photo Editor using Adobe Photoshop, with in-depth knowledge and experience in creating high-quality images that meet client expectations.
Quality Control & Image Review:
Conduct thorough reviews of images to ensure adherence to quality standards, including proper lighting, color balance, and overall composition.
Ensure that all edits maintain a consistent, professional aesthetic suitable for real estate photography.
Client Specifications Alignment:
Ensure that the final edited images meet the specific requests and requirements of the clients, making necessary revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Task Assignment and Coordination:
Assist in distributing tasks based on the team members' skills, strengths, and current workload, ensuring an even distribution of work and on-time delivery.
Deadline Monitoring & Management:
Keep track of the editing progress to ensure that the team meets project deadlines without compromising image quality or the clients expectations.
Resource Management and Support:
Ensure the team has all the necessary tools, software, and resources to perform their tasks efficiently and without hindrances.
Ongoing Training & Skill Development:
Assist in training and skill development programs for the team to continuously enhance their proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom and stay up to date with the latest techniques.
Adherence to Industry Best Practices:
Monitor team adherence to industry standards and best practices in real estate photo editing, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project.
Performance Tracking and Feedback:
Track individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
Address challenges or issues within the team, including technical difficulties, workflow bottlenecks, or client concerns, and ensure quick resolution.
Team Mentorship & Support:
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them to improve their editing skills and overcome obstacles in their work.
Fostering Team Collaboration:
Encourage open communication and a positive, collaborative environment within the team to enhance productivity and morale.
Workflow Optimization:
Assist in the evaluation and optimization of workflows to ensure high efficiency, reducing errors, and maintaining quality throughout all stages of the editing process.
Conflict Resolution:
Support resolving any conflicts within the team, ensuring effective communication, harmony, and a smooth working atmosphere.
Client Interaction Support:
Support communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are clear and met by the editing team, maintaining positive client relationships.
Final Quality Assurance:
Review all final edited images before delivery to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are free of errors.
