Job Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress against goals. Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvements. Sales Support:
Travel with the sales team to meet clients, understand their needs, and provide on-the-ground support. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP) is a plus. 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on sales and market analysis. Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, and reporting. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
