R & D Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure scalability, modularity, and maintainability of the frameworks.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with th team to explore emerging technologies and methodologies.
Prototype innovative solutions and assess their feasibility for implementation.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and related technologies.
Implement and integrate AI solutions into existing software systems or develop new applications from scratch.
Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of AI models and algorithms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and techniques.
Engage in R&D initiatives, exploring new AI methodologies, algorithms, and technologies to improve the capabilities of AI models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on AI solutions for continuous improvement.
Document code, models, and algorithms for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an AI Developer
Bachelors or Masters degree.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms,.
Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or C++..
Knowledge of software development principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
