Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and evaluate performance regularly.
Business Development: Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the fintech sector. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Solution Selling: Understand PixDynamics' AI and ML technology offerings thoroughly to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Customize solutions based on client needs, aligning technology capabilities with business requirements.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, providing insights for decision-making.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within fintech and AI/ML. Translate market insights into actionable strategies to maintain PixDynamics' competitive edge.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the fintech sector. Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, preferably with prior experience selling technology solutions in these domains. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable plans. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
