PPM Developer (5-8 yrs)

Duration : 12 months contract position.

Location : Hyderabad preferred.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities within the PPM system. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the PPM module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, business analysts) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement robust and scalable solutions for PPM data integration and management.

- Maintain and improve the performance and stability of the PPM system.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in PPM software development.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on PPM systems.

- Excellent understanding of PPM methodologies and best practices.

- Proven experience in developing and integrating PPM modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., JIRA, SAP).

- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with specific PPM software (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity) is a plus.
