• Respond to incidents raised by calls, email, Instant Message or through dedicated customer support portal in English

• Investigate new or existing incidents by replicating the issue in house and discussing with peers

• Technically support Companies global customers
• Directly communicate with end customer to resolve all incidents within the allocated SLA
• Working closely with sustained engineering to help resolve incidents in a timely fashion
• Provide support to US Based clients on cloud based applications via email, chat and voice

Skills Requirement:

• Knowledge of SQL/ HTML basic understanding Able to write /Run Sql query

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years plus Application / Technical Support experience, supporting applications based on Microsoft platform
• A good understanding of support
• 24x7x365 shift
