Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing customers (including cross selling and upselling) and new prospects.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences and pain points.
Ability to present Pismo key differentiators to senior stakeholder across bank and Fintechs in the market
Maintain and nurture relationship with all levels in clients, prospects in the market
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunity for improvement.
Should have a thorough Understanding of Cloud technology and Micro services driven platforms to be able to engage with initial level conversations with Banks product and tech teams.
Work closely with cross functional teams in marketing, product development and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximise sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 Years of experience working with some of the largest Card and Core Processing technology companies in the region in the sales or relationship management role
Solid understanding of Issuer Processing, Core Banking, Lending products
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners, across multiple time zone
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Comfortable working in a scale-up environment, being able to think strategically, have a can do attitude
Understanding how modern cloud native systems work.
