Job Description

  • We are looking for a QA Automation Mobile Tester with expertise in Appium, Java, Selenium, and Cucumber to ensure the quality and functionality of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating robust test frameworks, automating test cases, and delivering high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Appium and Java for mobile application testing.
  • Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
  • Implement and manage Cucumber BDD frameworks for behavior-driven testing.
  • Conduct Selenium WebDriver testing for web-based components related to mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Write, review, and optimize test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured, and validate backend integration with mobile apps.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them to resolution using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in mobile and automation testing.
