Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled SDET to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design, and implement scalable test automation solutions. You will play a key role in the development and management of automated testing artifacts, ensuring robust test coverage across regression and other types of tests. As part of our dynamic team, you will help optimize our testing processes, introduce new testing knowledge, and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather automation requirements and design scalable test automation solutions.
• Develop and manage automated test scripts, focusing on regression and repeatable test cases.
• Work with source code, version management, and deployment standards, ensuring integrity across test environments.
• Ensure adherence to QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.
• Conduct test case reviews to ensure proper design patterns and high-quality test scripts.
• Participate in the ongoing development and support of the testing program, handling multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
• Contribute to the team s knowledge by introducing new testing methodologies and tools.
• Assist in test planning, managing individual testing events, and articulating clear test plans.
• Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end quality assurance, ensuring full test coverage.
• Design test cases and scripts, identify testable events, and capture test data to support testing efforts.
• Build reusable test assets, leveraging the test process and toolkit to streamline testing efforts.
• Set up, manage, and monitor test environments, ensuring smooth release management to QA environments.
• Document application changes and develop updates to testing strategies as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in test automation, with a proven track record of managing and implementing automation test projects.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e. g. , Java, C#, Python) with experience in developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Automation Expertise: Extensive experience with automation tools such as Selenium , Protractor , Jasmine , Mocha , or similar BDD tools. Ability to build and maintain automation frameworks to support regression and repeatable testing.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all technical aspects of automation testing and experience in setting up automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Testing Tools: Experience with tools like Postman , Swagger , and Sauce Labs to enhance testing efficiency and maintain high-quality automation test suites.
• Performance Testing: Prior experience with performance benchmarking using both manual and automated testing methods.
• Test Management: Expertise in utilizing test management tools like JIRA to organize, track, and report testing activities.
• Database & API Testing: Hands-on experience in database testing and API testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, self-directed with the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering scalable and high-quality software in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Ownership & Initiative: Ability to take ownership of issues, drive initiatives independently, and find creative solutions to complex problems.
