UST is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong financial analysis background to join our team. The successful candidate will track benefits realization across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This person will work in Value Creation Office (VCO). Key Responsibilities: Benefits Realization Tracking: 1. Develop and maintain benefits realization frameworks, metrics, and dashboards. 2. Collaborate with project teams to identify and quantify benefits. 3. Track and analyze benefits realization across projects. 4. Conduct regular benefits realization reporting. Financial Analysis: 1. Perform financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives. 2. Evaluate project financial performance (ROI, NPV, IRR). 3. Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses. Strategic Alignment: 1. Align benefits realization with organizational strategic objectives. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs. 3. Develop recommendations for strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: 1. Communicate benefits realization progress to stakeholders. 2. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements. 3. Develop stakeholder-specific reporting. Process Improvement: 1. Identify opportunities for process improvements. 2. Develop and implement benefits realization best practices. Requirements: Education: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: - 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or business analysis. - Proven experience in benefits realization tracking. - Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Skills: - Financial modeling and analysis. - Benefits realization tracking. - Business case development. - Cost-benefit analysis. - Data analysis and visualization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project). Certifications: - Certified Business Analyst (CBA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
