Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should be a B.Ed graduate with a strong understanding of Physics concepts and teaching methodologies. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective and engaging Physics lessons for higher school students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the ICSE curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Encourage student participation, inquiry, and critical thinking in the subject.
• Provide individual support and guidance to students who need extra help.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Promote the values of curiosity, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create an enriching academic environment.
• Keep updated with the latest developments in Physics and teaching methodologies.
• Ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment for all students.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
• A degree in Physics or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching Physics at the higher school level (ICSE curriculum) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
