Own campaigns across assigned medical condition categories with a focus on campaign oversight, reporting, and translation of data and insights into strategic actionable solutions
Identify knowledge gaps and proactively conduct research to deepen clinical/market understanding to support the team
Maintain an understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape with an emphasis on the market of competitors for assigned clinical disease areas
Support the broader team on larger strategic projects such as: sales support materials, ad hoc requests, landscape insights, point of care insights, case studies, benchmarking and more
Contribute individually, as well as build relationships with cross-functional team members
Manage campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from both primary and secondary data, with the support of supervisor
Mentor junior analysts.
What Youll Bring:
BA or BS, with at least 3 years of work experience or higher level of education in a healthcare field
Understanding of the US pharmaceutical landscape
Strong organizational and communication skills and exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow and maintain organized processes
Ability to work independently and accurately
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Intellectual curiosity to research or dig into data to enhance understanding
Highly motivated to work with and contribute to a growing team
