Business Development - Infrastructure Projects

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall achievement of the defined Sales Target from the assigned customer base and consistent YoY Growth.
• Action plan to fulfil the budget vis-à-vis Gap analysis.
• Ensure for optimum usage of Forecast Management to build up Funnel for the defined Sales.
• Ensure overall and customer wise healthy order booking and pro-active actions.
• Customer and Point of Sale mapping under RH guidance for new accounts.
• Price realization from assigned customer base.
• Share and replicate areas of success.
• Responsible for executing campaign, product launch & special schemes in their respective customer base.
• Lead generation, qualification, follow ups & closure.
• Rate contract and changes thereof, project/special pricing and sales terms and conditions.
• Strategic business / Project management and Coordination with respective BDH/BU.
• Customer feedback, survey and action.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Having Experience in Infra Projects like Data centre, BMS, Hotels, commercial/Industrial buildings, Hospital sector, CCTV Systems, ESS will get an advantage.
