Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the CTO and leadership teams to execute company-wide initiatives.
- Drive people analytics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Design and oversee HR policies and workforce planning for diverse teams.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and productivity improvement strategies.
- Identify training requirements and develop tailored learning programs.
- Manage performance management processes, leadership development, and career progression frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role, preferably within a tech organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end program management experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent influencing, collaboration, and communication skills.
