Contributions to 2d library to be focused and making sure iteffectively used in production.
RD on new software /plugins.
Organizing workshops to improve technical as well as smart working skills (at least 4 sessions a month)
Mentoring TLs .also making sure that the TL and Team are in a healthy relationship.
Ensuring more artists engaged in highly complicated as well as creative shots.
Contribution towards training programs.
Need to Train and promote the right senior artist/ artists to be a backup TL.
Involvement in different kinds of bidding (script based, cg involved show etc.)
Need to have a periodic meeting with the supervisor/other department supervisor to discuss various progress in achieving these targets.
Active participation in the selection of new artists.
Inform the team about changes and news related to the project.
