Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2) Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
3) Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and proactive communication.
4) Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to deliver seamless service experiences
5) Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple client accounts and requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate
6) completion of tasks. Adapt to shifting priorities and handle a variety of tasks, from issue resolution to data analysis,
7) maintaining a high level of service quality throughout.
8) Client Requirements: Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team to effectively communicate and raise client requirements.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
1) Bachelors degree in commerce or related field preferred.
2) Proficient in basic Excel functions.

There is no/slow promotions at the company. Nowadays company is started to remove the people who have higher packages and there are 2-3 departments which closed recently so there is suggestion that not to join Petpooja in new products department.
