Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, content creation, SEO, social media management and data analysis to boost our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders on various levels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Content Creation: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin,Facebook, Instagram, etc.); develop engaging content for social media, email, and websites. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Support SEO efforts, manage paid advertising campaigns, oversee and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), engage with followers, analyze performance metrics, and create targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Market & Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive insights to drive customer loyalty. Lead Generation & RFP Tracking: Track Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and business teams to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives. Event Monitoring: Keep track of ongoing industry events and trends, providing timely updates to the team. Presentation & Product Collateral: Create compelling presentations and product collateral in PowerPoint to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills: A Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
