Jr. Architect/Project Architect - Immediate Joiners

About the Role

You will be managing two or more projects independently under the guidance of one of the Principal Architects. You will manage your projects from start to finish. Key deliverables will be timely closure of design and selections with the clients and no stoppage of work at site due to lack of drawings. Job requires you to interact directly with clients, structure consultants and sites.

Your performance will be judged based on two parameters: One, the hard performance target of the timely closure of the drawings and orders for the projects. Two, the soft performance assessment based on the client delight and design quality. For team members with exceptional performance, the career growth will also be exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand our way of working and the body of knowledge that we have created (processes, reference drawings and catalogues)
2. Lead the creative design aspects of the projects - floor plan with furniture layout, elevation and mood board/material selections.
3. Regular meetings with the client to explain our catalogues and guide him in decision making
4. Coordinate with the structure consultant
5. Making a complete set of working drawings based on the decisions taken and in line with our standard/reference drawings. This includes the services drawings also.
6. Creating designs that are in accordance with the budget allocated for the project.
7. Develop interior concepts based on the clients brief, coordinate with execution vendors to get these designs executed.
8. Work jointly with Construction In charge, for timely delivery of the project as per the project schedule within the required quality parameters.

Eligibility Criteria

1. B.Arch from a reputed recognized institution
2. Work experience 1 - 4 years, preferably in residential projects.
3. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and word.
4. Excellent oral & written English communication
5. Open to visit sites every 2-3 weeks.
