Qualifications And Skills. MBBS degree with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Valid medical license to practice as a Consultant Obstetrics/Gynaecology. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience as a Consultant Obstetrics/Gynaecology. Specialization in laparoscopic surgeries and advanced obstetric procedures. Strong understanding of current best practices in obstetrics and gynaecology. Excellent clinical skills and ability to make accurate diagnoses. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion towards patients. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide expert consultation and medical care to patients in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. Diagnose and treat medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and female reproductive system. Perform surgical procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Provide pre-natal and post-natal care to pregnant women. Monitor and evaluate the progress and well-being of patients. Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care.
