Reporting to: Head of Treasury and Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust investor relations strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Articulate Ather's strategic vision and operational updates to analysts, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive financial model.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential investors, addressing their queries in a timely and detailed manner.
- Prepare investor presentations, press releases, and communication materials for board meetings, earnings releases, industry events, and investor presentations.
- Strengthen engagement with sell-side analysts covering the sector and work towards expanding coverage of Ather Energy.
- Track analyst forecasts before and after earnings announcements and maintain quarterly updates.
- Oversee and update the investor relations section of the company website, ensuring compliance with SEBI listing regulations where applicable.
- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings to enhance engagement.
- Monitor stock price movements and sectoral stock ownership trends, providing periodic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams-including finance, legal, marketing, operations, and communications-to ensure consistency in messaging and disclosures.
- Collect and analyze operational metrics, working with teams such as ESG, strategy, sales, and marketing to support external reporting and engagement.
- Lead the preparation of the company's annual report and other investor-related publications.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Benchmark industry peers on presentations, annual reports, and disclosures to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/PGDBM or CA with a specialization in Finance.
- Experience: 10-14 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5-8 years in investor relations.
- Proven experience in equity fundraising for either private or listed companies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for investor relations in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
