Role Overview:
- The Head of Demand Generation will lead and drive the growth of our marketing and lead generation initiatives, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies for sustained business growth.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Demand Generation strategy, working closely with the management and Sales Head to drive both inbound and outbound growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of Sr. Executives and AM's in both inbound and outbound processes.
- Lead the prospecting and segmentation of relevant databases based on the target persona, including industry, decision-makers, revenue size, company headcount, and location.
- Drive lead generation initiatives using tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, G2, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence platforms.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads, supporting the pipeline growth and revenue attainment targets.
- Manage multi-channel lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, paid/organic search, social media, and events.
- Target C-level executives through personalized outreach and strategic business connections.
- Create and execute campaigns that build a pipeline of sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Regularly assess and refine the demand generation strategy, utilizing data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the demand generation and sales teams, focusing on voice/email communication, lead generation tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, and Sales Management, with a track record of driving revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence platforms.
- Expertise in executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies across various channels.
- Experience managing a sales team and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise-level clients.
