  • Objectives. Client Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, understanding their hiring needs and recruitment processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Business Development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, focusing on companies that align with Pentagons pace's mission and values.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Pentagon Space's client base and revenue streams.
  • Recruitment Opportunities. Collaborate with the training and development team to understand the skills and capabilities of our trained candidates.
  • Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities at partner IT companies, facilitating the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
  • Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Reporting And Analysis. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business development activities, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track progress toward business development goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize results
