Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across social media, SEM, and display channels to drive revenue and maximize ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop intuitive reporting and visualization dashboards for metrics like demand funnel, marketing ROI, campaign impact, and strategic KPIs.
- Identify and track new KPIs for performance management and optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize key traffic KPIs across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Implement marketing automation and lead-generation strategies to improve efficiency.
- Share funnel conversion improvement ideas, provide feedback, and present results to management.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role, managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-driven channels.
- Hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and scale acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify and operationalize opportunities within complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and creativity in problem-solving and campaign ideation.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing a team of 3-4 people is preferred
