This position is an opportunity to transition from consulting to a support function, with a focus on improving D365.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• Degree in Information Systems or Accounting
• Experience working within an organization in a support function. Providing in-house expertise on product development and optimization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with direct experience in configuration.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Functional consultant across different clients or organizations
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully configuring D365 and solving complex problems
• Certifications: MB-300 and MB-310 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate)
• Prior experience in at least two D365 implementations
• The hands-on nature of the role requires a mindset beyond traditional consulting structures, encompassing BA, PM, data, and functional tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience with application support models, ideally within the finance domain
• Techno functional or Solution expertise a bonus (Certification: Exam MB-700, certification: Exam MB-500)

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASUREMENTS

D365 Enhancements and improvements

Benchmark Measure

• Lead the D365 pipeline for functional improvement initiatives, leveraging user feedback and identified gaps to design and implement solutions.
• Review upcoming changes from new organizational systems that necessitate specific D365 projects or system modifications.
• Implement best practices in change management, including:
• Facilitate sessions with end users to compile Business Requirements Documents.
• Conduct playback sessions with users.
• Utilize your expertise to implement best practice D365 solutions.
• Document changes in functional specification documents (both configuration and customization).
• Break down work into tasks and activities.
• Develop action plans and timelines for implementation.
• Collaborate with consultants for any required delivery for technical modifications
• Provide training, documentation, and guidance for delivered enhancements.
• Deliver solutions in a controlled manner.
• Embed best practices in the team for change management.
• Understand performance optimization techniques in Dynamics 365, such as indexing, optimizing workflows, and using data management tools.

D365 Incident Management

Benchmark Measure

• Provide Level 3 support as the team specialist for D365.
• Upon rectification undertake root cause analysis.

D365 Upgrades and system performance

Benchmark Measure

• Oversee the D365 product roadmap for Intrepid, evaluating future release updates for features and best practice improvements applicable to Intrepid.
• Develop expertise in D365 release management, including LCS and feature updates.
• Conduct proactive monitoring within the D365 system to ensure seamless integration functionality.

D365 New Entity setup and M&A activities

Benchmark Measure

• Lead data migration activities for the team, including planning tasks and coordination.
• Oversee the management of the gold environment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
