Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Create qualified Leads & Sales support: Has enough experience to recommend to the company's agencies, techniques to increase the number of qualified inquirers who respond to the company's promotional efforts.

2. Market intelligence: be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria, and our competition and how they are positioned.

3. Create and implement processes to automate lead-to-account conversion through product tours, videos, automated follow-up emails).

4.Engage partners with newsletters, surveys, community talks to improve client engagement.

Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decisions. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

5. Develop a marketing plan for the product in conjunction with our product team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.

6. Manage, Recruit the team of digital marketing to achieve the department's goal.

Plan the launches of new product features, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

7. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.

Required Competencies:

1. Threshold competencies: Graduate from any stream and MBA/PGDM(Marketing) or related stream with 5 years' Marketing experience in software like SaaS/ERP/SAP etc.

Functional Competencies:

- Familiar with tools - Webflow, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM systems, subscription management tools, etc. is a must.

- Power-user of networking tools such as LinkedIn.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills- a good speaker and comfortable dealing with large sets of audiences in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

- Excellent People and Team Management Skills.

- Very proficient in SaaS metrics and SaaS terminologies.
