Service Co-ordinator Vapi 1 Dip/B.E- Mechanical 3-5 yrs
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits for customers.
Communicate with customers to gather service requirements, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
Assign service technicians or field engineers to service requests based on their availability, skills, and proximity to the customer location.
Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including appointment details, customer interactions, and service outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary parts, equipment, or resources for service visits.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests and any changes in the service schedule.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints related to service delivery.
Ensure compliance with service agreements, contracts, and company policies.
Monitor service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of service process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
