BIM Electrical Draftsman

PC Designs is looking for BIM Electrical Draftsman to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

BIM Modeling : Create detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings. Develop models for various building components, systems, and infrastructure elements. Collaboration : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure coordinated and accurate BIM models. Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes and discrepancies. Revit Software Proficiency : Utilize BIM software, such as Revit, to develop and maintain BIM models. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in BIM software. Data Integration : Integrate data and information from various disciplines into the BIM model. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different models. Model Validation : Conduct regular reviews and validations of BIM models to identify and resolve issues. Verify compliance with project standards and industry regulations. Document Management : Manage and organize BIM model files, ensuring proper version control and documentation. Generate and maintain reports related to BIM models. Quality Control : Perform quality control checks to ensure that BIM models meet established standards and guidelines. Implement best practices for BIM model development and documentation. Training and Support : Provide training and support to team members on BIM modeling processes and software. Assist in developing and updating BIM standards and protocols.
