Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented B2C Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts in the fintech space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving direct-to-consumer sales. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our B2C initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Build and manage a sales funnel to maximize conversions and ensure a steady flow of new customers.
4. Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.
5. Provide regular reports on sales performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
6. Work closely with product, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. 6+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries.
3. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
4. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and sales techniques.
5. Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
